Family Vacation di Kelantan..Aduyyyyyyyy Part 1

School break came again and there were number of promising activities that could be done together in order to strengthen the bond within the family members. For those with times and money, family getaway will be a perfect agenda yet mind relaxing.

As usual, my Big Happy Family will be having an annual break away and we decided to kill off our holiday at one of the east coast state which renowned as Serambi Mekah or Kelantan. Butts in and eye out. Why Kelantan? Please do not invent racist issue here. When come to proper attire, me and the whole family will not able to comply the rules. There are rumours saying PEOPLE WILL BE FINE FOR IMPROPER  ATTIRE like not wearing hijab, socks and so forth. (+_+) Hence, our vacation will end up with a bag full of fine. Good and great.

The idea rose when Mak Long was required to attend a wedding and visit our close grandparents in Kota Bahru (my granny's brother). Out of blue moon the idea was abandoned and plan was diverted to a few nearby places such as PD, Melaka, Pangkor, Tioman, Terengganu and Sg Kelah, Perak. Due to Chinese New Year holiday and school break, resorts and hotels were fully booked.

At last, plan was stick back to Kelantan. Jaws dropping and eyes drooling. There were 21 of us :- Mak Long Dedek + Mak ngah (my mom) + Mak Lang + Mak leTEH + Pak su which lead by Atuk Lengkuas. Name was given by ATok, so don't ask.

There was a conversation between me and mentor , Anaz (bukan nama sebenar) a day before the trip

Si Kecil : Anaz, apa yang best kat Kelantan ?
Mentor : Kelantan tak best lah!
Si Kecil : Aiseh, bukan you Kelantan ker?
Mentor : Ehhhhhh, I orang sinie ok.
Si Kecil : Aiseh..tak mengaku Kelantan plak. Ok2..Dekat mana tempat mandi-manda yang best. Laut ker, sungai ker?
Mentor : Cuber you try kat Sungai Bakam, Terengganu atau bla bla bla, Terengganu.
Si Kecil : Eh, Terengganu plak. I tanya Kelantan la
Mentor : Kelantan tak bestlah.
Si Kecil : You nie, Kelantan ker Terengganu nie? Aduyyyyyyyyyy

Macam tue lah perbualan aku dengan mentor yang tiada penghujungnya. Rupa-rupanya, Anaz nie lahir KL bukan Kelantan. Ibu dan ayah jer Kelantan. So nak kira macam maner nie?

We departure on Thursday 2am by a van + Pesona + Waja and Saga. The journey was breathtaking and refreshing. We could smell the fresh grass, endure the cool morning breeze and affected by the serenity of the bitter dark night. The journey through Karak and Gua Musang was darn daunting plus required mental and physical awareness. The backseat passengers were trying hard not to fall asleep by making some lame and stupid joke plus eating, eating AND EATING. As time marches we still fell asleep.

Kami sampai Kelantan pada pukul 12.00pm dan menginap di Resort Pantai Cahaya Bulan, 8km dari bandar Kota Bahru.

Aduyyyyyy part 1 bermula apabila resort yang kami check-in tak berkemas. Apakah? >.<. Nasib baik ler tak da apa2 tertinggal atas katil. Kalau tak, mahu pengsan.

Lepas pihak hotel mengemas bilik, kami terus unloading barang dan tidur. hohoh. penat. Lepas bangun dari lelap, aku dan nadia memulakan operasi pertama dengan bermain layang-layang. yeeee, kami tahu kami dah tua. Tapi kami pedulik haper. Lepas main layang-layang kami terus TERJUN lentang ke dalam kolam renang.yehaaaa. suker-suker(^_^).

Owh sebelum terjun lentang ke dalam swimming pool, kami telah berjalan-jalan di sekitar pasar petang di Pantai Cahaya Bulan. Tempat nie cool. Ader macam-macam makanan rare. Teh o Beng aka Teh O Ais dijual pada harga RM2.50. Mahal ker? Tak lah sebab teh o beng datang dengan labu sayung.hohohohoh. pastue dispenser dier pon cool giler.

Makanan pon murah-murah. Contohnya jagung bakar yang besar lagi murah, Makanan cucuk-cucuk (tak tahu ler apa namanya), nasi Kerabu super sedap, satar dan macam-macam lagi. Dari tak suker Kelantan kami terus jatuh cinta dengan Kelantan..weehoo (exaggerate sangat ker?)...Tengok gambar jer lah
